We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out all forms needed to receive the spa services. This is so your appointment can start at the appointment time and not run into your time you are paying for.
Children are not allowed in the spa area, unless they have an appointment and are receiving the services in the spa area. There are no exceptions, please make other arrangements for your children. You will be asked to reschedule, and a fee will apply.
Please note that we ask everyone to turn off all cell phones, pagers and such devices that will disturb others trying to relax before entering the spa area.
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all spa services. There is no fee for rescheduling or cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled spa services. If the cancellation or no show is made after the 24 hour period a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
